Application Process

To apply for a trade stand at the Castlegregory Agricultural Show:

• You must submit an Expression of Interest form.

• Trade space is limited and subject to availability.

• Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a trade stand space.

Information Required

To complete the Expression of Interest form, you must provide:

• Company Name / Trading As

• Contact Details

• Brief Description of Your Product(s)

• Insurance Details (a stand will not be allocated without confirmed insurance)

3. Application Requirements

Applications will only be considered if all of the following are submitted:

• Fully completed application form

• Green credentials must be listed

• Letter from your insurer confirming cover

• Description of your product/service

• Acceptance of all Terms & Conditions
